The Venezuela Embassy in Barbados and his Excellency Zuleiva Vivas, hosted Dr. Chelston Brathwaite, former Ambassador to China and former Coordinator of the National Tree Planting project; for a tree planting event, to commemorate Emancipation Day on August 1st, 2020.

They assisted each other in planting a Frangipani tree.
